I have the design of the
Zoo Crew T-Shirt done now.
The photos show the first test shirt we made in early January.
I spotted a few errors in the colors used that are now fixed.
* Like the inside hat
color that was black, and should have been gray for better separation.
* The insides of
the jacket sleeves were originally white.
* His tongue was
originally red, but we made it more human pink.
Using what is
called DTF in the shirt world. Direct To Film is where a transfer
system is used to apply a design onto a shirt or garment.
A plastic
transfer sheet is printed with colors to make the desired design.
Then a glue layer is printed on top of the design to finalize and seal
the image as one unit. Then that image is industrially sealed to
the shirt or garment with a professional heat sealing press. As a
continuous and flexible high resolution image on the shirt.
The
photographically realistic image as the design is sealed onto the shirt.
The design is not inks printed on top of the garment threads, yielding a
low resolution image.
Seeing the
T-Shirt in person, I am really impressed how much better is looks
compared to the 30 year old version's design and manufacture via
traditional silkscreen printing.
I am taking
suggestions as to what the design could be put on.
* Men's T-Shirts
* Women's V-neck T-Shirts
* Polo Shirts
(Men's &
Women's)
* Jackets
* Hats

The
cost to re-create
the design art was
$800.00.
Ideally I can get those wanting a shirt or other a garment.
To chip in one-time
for
$15.00 (if 55 people)
or/font>
$20.00 (if 40pp) or
$25.00 (if 32pp) so I
can
recoup
my design cost in using a professional for the work.
Then sell the shirts at a small profit to help pay for somee
of the Entertainment Reunion costs in staging the event.
